We have measured a water temperature of 21.4°C in the lake of Echternach on the 9 July. In application of ITU rules, wetsuits will not be allowed for the International Regio Cup Triathlon if water temperature reaches 20°C one hour before the race. The same rules apply for ETU Junior European Triathlon Cup. Athletes may wear wetsuits in the Vollek's Triathlon, provided that water temperature remains below 24°C. Wetsuits are allowed in the Team Triathlon.

Online registration 2009 has been closed. Late registration will be possible on the day of the race!

The Triathlon races in Echternach are drafting races. Clip-ons on your bike are allowed, if they are bridged and don't extend the brake levers' foremost line.
