Même si le nombre de participants est excessif pour une course de 10 km et cette année la pluie et la grêle ont été présentes tout le temps, l'atmosphère sportive et de fête parmi les participants et le public a été formidable, un peu dans le style du Marathon de Luxembourg. Fifth out of the water he overtook one by one to take the lead in the bike part and managed his advance to the finish line. CROSS DUATHLON BELVAUX (3.3-13.2-2.2km) 25.01.2009       First victory in the first race of the new season 2009 for Trilux athlete Paulo Goncalves. After a fast first run segment Paulo entered T1 slightly behind Yannick Lieners from CAB and with a comfortable advantage to the other athletes. After the first of 6 bike laps Paulo had already taken the lead and he managed to continously increase his advance until T2. During the final running Paulo's victory was at no moment endangered.
