Training

Generally,

Swim sessions:
Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at Batty Weber School – Limpertsberg/Luxembourg. Training goes from 6.00 a.m. to around 7.15 a.m. No training is held during school holidays. If possible, you should bring your pull buoy, paddles and fins.

Running session:
Wednesday evening 6.30 p.m., meeting at the INS running track. Most training sessions are held on the track. Different sessions/groups are formed according to training goals (olympic distance/long distance), personal fitness and running speed. Changing rooms and showers are available.

Bike sessions:
Saturday and Sunday, meeting point is 9.30 a.m. at the Britannia pub (Neudorf/Clausen). Generally 2-3 hours rides, AVG – speed 27-30 km/h. Usually two groups are formed allowing to train according to your own capabilities.
ALL athletes are welcome to our training.
